Jim has 30 + years in the insurance and claims industry. With combined experience as a multi-line representative, catastrophe large loss lead, claims supervisor, and executive general adjuster among other roles. Jim has extensive wildfire experience having been the large loss lead on some of the biggest wildfires in the U.S. including the Los Alamos wildfires in which subrogation was a huge focus and success. Most recently, handled hundreds of total loss property claims to conclusion helping many of our neighbors rebuild their lives and businesses.
Customer service and care is a heavy emphasis due, in part to his medical and health care background. He takes pride in making sure his customers get the support and care they need and deserve in their time of need.
Jim graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelors Degree in Health Services. He is the proud father of two daughters. He is a volunteer in the community and a big Boys & Girls Club supporter.
Jim enjoys running, bicycling, golfing, skiing, boating, and most things outdoors.
